Speroni KPM80 Non Self Priming Pump.

The KP(M) pumps are non-self priming, peripheral centrifugal pumps with very compact dimensions. Frontal suction is the standard design, however radial is also available on request. They have stainless steel shafts, which are fitted with carbon-ceramic-NBR mechanical seals and have IP44 motors. Single phase motors incorporate

an overload protection device.

They are able to develop high heads in domestic and industrial applications such as sprinkling, circulation, feeding pressurized boilers etc. They should not be allowed to run dry, but by fitting an optional pressure controller they can be protected from this and also start and stop the pumps automatically. 

With the addition of a foot-valve, they are capable of a suction lift of 8 metres.

The KP(M) pumps have brass impellers and cast iron pump bodies. They are designed for pumping clean water only, at liquid temperatures up to 60ºC.
